Chinese Gender Calendar: Know your baby before birth

What is the Chinese Gender Calendar ?

  • It is said that thousands of years ago the Chinese developed a world's first gender calendar to predict a baby's sex. Because in that culture gender is important. Men have much more previlleges than women so all wnated to have at least one boy. Even today in China one-child policy is still hard to be enforced, especially to families with no boys.
  • It was buried in a Royal tomb Ming Shi San Ling about 700 years ago in the suburb of Beijing, and was discovered by a Chinese Scientist. He made this calendar based on his findings in the tomb.
  • Chinese Gender Calendar is based on the Chinese Lunar Calendar, not Gregorian calendar. They are different, one is based on the moon, the other on the Sun. You need to convert the mother's age to right format in Chinese lunar calendar.
  • We'll be doing a survey here with Chinese Gender Calendar . Check the accuracy of the calendar for your children, tell us if the results were acceptable by taking part in our poll.
